Dear Sirs,

We are pleased to inform you that the commercial documents should be legalized by the red stamped and authorized signature of a country chamber of commerce in Taiwan.

Then, please send the legalized documents with the original bank receipt of the remittance paid certification charges (Tokyo Mitsubishi Bank, Toranomon Branch, ordinary account No.1647388 to the name of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran) directly by courier (TNT, OUP, Fedex 、UPS 、) or anybody else who can bring them to our Consular Section.

Legalization fees are as follows:

Invoice and certificate fees are as the same and its fee depends on prices and the legalization of extra transcripts will cover only 10% of its related prices.

The prices are EU１５５., please exchange into  \ Yen and check against the list as below:

Explanation

In case the amount is not mentioned in the Invoice, the maximum fee will be charged.

Please be informed that the remittance and delivery charges should be paid by the applicant.

It takes only 24 hours for us to certify the documents and the prompt action depends on courier.

It would be appreciated if you enclose a copy of invoice and certification for our record, too.
